How is your typical day like? Take a pen and note this few tips;
Begin every day of your life with GRATITUDE and MEDITATION. These help your psychological and mental health. It helps to remove toxic emotions like envy, resentment and bitterness. It gives the mind the nutrients that it needs to perform at it’s best.
Do not be externally stimulated, be internally situated….let your mindset discharge positivity and be sincerely grateful. What we do externally affects us internally so you need to consciously start right. Concentrate on one thing at a time.
Line up activities that will ADD VALUE and keep to them…its your life…control it.
Control your thought process to begin from within and then grow with it to the outside…don’t begin from the outside… and you can achieve this by not doing social media admiration first thing in the morning….that exposes your mind to ill health.
Eat well and healthy. Show up where you should. Be deliberate towards achieving your goals for the day. Be good. Become competitive and better by each day.
Sleep early.
